Privates take place in person or through ZOOM/SKYPE or a similar platform. This is a highly personalized approach that caters to your specific concerns and needs. Your personalized program with your exercises, will be sent to you as a video file within 24 hours after the session.

Please allocate a 1.30 hour window in case we go over.

Groups. Min 2-15 People.
Theme based. In depth understanding of the face areas and how to approach and modify your practice. day/2day workshops will allow you to put your own program together and introduce variations to known poses.
Great to get the Face Yoga benefits in a shared environment and build a sense of community. It can be encouraging to know you are not alone with your concerns. Not to mention the fun level raises the vibration to an all out fierce experience.
