Did you know your face symmetry can improve with Posture and alignment?

I discovered Gravity Yoga also known as : Targeted Mobility Training, in my quest for improving my facial symmetry. I’ve had a scoliosis, for as long as I can remember and although it has never held me back - I discovered during my face yoga journey, the impact hip opener, for example, had on my jaw area.

Facial symmetry above the eyes - can be worked on without incorporating the body. Everything from the eyes down, benefits greatly from improving posture and alignment- and modalities that improve that- because it’s all connected.

Gravity Yoga is mat-based. During class you will learn how to utilize the science of passive stretching - to effectively change your body, improve posture and increase range of motion. Gravity yoga classes are hugely popular all around the world because they deliver flexibility results quickly.

So, open the hips, release the tension in your lower back and increase your hamstring flexibility.

And see the changes not only in your:

-overall flexibility (which will have you bragging)

-your wellbeing (you will sleep like a baby)

-your body (reshaping the fascia and lengthening the muscles)

In your beautiful face.

Packages come in 3sessions + a discovery Session. You will be given homework and a program to work from.

We use props, blocks, bolsters and straps.
